The house layout is nice. Certainly needs some paint, fixing up in several places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. every one of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off many of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do recommend bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that appear out from the early morning hours and when the Solar starts to established and they do bite. it absolutely was nothing that will keep you indoors although. there certainly are a number of state parks from the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful can be an understatement to be honest! its a very family friendly place and not the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i probably talked to all of these before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself. Silent, cozy house. Big enough for my husband, myself and our 4 teenagers. We enjoyed the beach see and loved that it's just a quick walk to the beach.

This house has an awesome location, it’s right about the beach. We really savored our stay. The home needs some improvements and upgrades.
